Master Rotations & Posted Schedules
Posted schedules should not differ from the master rotation without prior mutual agreement of the affected nurses, except in respect to the four (4) weeks of the Christmas/New Year’s period and to accommodate vacation planning and recognized holidays.
This means that your scheduled hours of work should not be changed without your mutual agreement.
